PostNet Australia Pty Ltd was incorporated on 15 May 2007
and acquired the exclusive rights to franchise PostNet business for the Australian market. Currently, we have locations at Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Sydney, and PostNet’s goal is
to have 100 franchises in the next 7 years.

Robin Lau

President and Chief Executive Officer

Robin, President / CEO of the Franchisor and Director of PN Sydney Pty. Ltd., is responsible for the day-to-day management of the companies. This includes franchise recruitment and development, merchandising and products development, finance, site selection & layout, and overseeing various aspects of PostNet franchised business. Robin has held senior management roles for over 30 years and has work experience in international sales and marketing, operations and manufacturing; business and products development; fund raising and financial management. In recognition of his business achievements, Robin was awarded the Entrepreneurship Excellence Award in July 1993 and the US-ASIAN Management Award in March 1995. Robin was appointed as the Honorary Consul General, Republic of Lithuania from April 2000 to develop trade and investment, training, technology transfer and business ventures. Robin is also the Director / Chairman of Significance Holdings Pty Limited.

PostNet centres offer Digital Services such as graphic design, computer time rentals, scanning services and have the ability to receive and output files in a variety of formats. They also offer Copying & Printing Services including digital black & white and colour copies, complete business printing services, document finishing services and much more. PostNet’s Packing & Shipping Services include AaE, DHL, FedEx, UPS and other Postal Services providing freedom of choice and a wide range of service options including custom packaging and supplies. (Overnight air express and ground shipping – Domestic and International.) And, to add even more convenience, PostNet offers a host of Business and Grow including private mailbox rentals, passport photos, facsimile services, signs & banners, office products & supplies and international money transfers.

Company Profile – International

Founders Steve Greenbaum and Brian Spindel entered the postal and business centre industry in 1983 and are actively involved in the day-to-day management of the company. After developing more than 450 Independent mail and parcel centers in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam. Greenbaum and Spindel decided to start franchising to support their vision of building a global network. PostNet’s franchise program was launched in July of 1993 and has grown to over 920 franchises worldwide.

Steve J. Greenbaum

Chief Executive Officer

Steve has been PostNet International’s Chief Executive Officer since PostNet International was formed in 1992.

In March 1997, Steve was elected to the Board of Directors of the International Franchise Association (IFA) and in February 2003, earned his Certified Franchise Executive designation from the IFA’s educational foundation. Steve served as Chairman of the International Franchise Association (IFA) in February 2008.

Brian E. Spindel

President and Chief Operating Officer

Brian has been PostNet International’s President and Chief Operating Officer since early in 2008 and has served in the capacity of Executive Vice President since PostNet International was formed in October 1992. He became PostNet’s Secretary and Treasurer in September 1999. In March 1997, Brian earned his Certified Franchise Executive designation from the IFA’s educational foundation.

Brian is also active in the IFA and was also the past Chairman of the Information Technology Committee and serves on the Educational Foundation’s Board of Trustees.
